Swedish dinnerparty!
Yesterday I had 10 people here for a Swedish dinnerparty! I was in the kitchen most of the time but everybody seemed to really enjoy my Swedish food! :D
Anyway the menu looked like this:
Starter
A Little plate of Swedish smörgåsbord.
3 differend kind of pickled herring
smoked Salmon
potato
egghalf with kaviar
Swedish crackerbread
Salmon cake
Main
lamb burger
Hasselback Potatoes
chanterelle
Hasselback Potatoes

Dessert
Gimo with vanilla ice-Cream
( Gimo is varm fruitsalad with whitechocolate)

so was really surprised, everybody liked the pickled herring and two wanted the recipe for the Salmon cake and one of the Girls did not like lamb or uncooked fish.. but she was the one who enjoyed it the most. I must be a really good Cook :) yey!!
